2nd Proposal For Demilitarization Methods

Ask nations with claims over disputed territories in the South China Sea to sign a legally binding agreement that sets a guideline for demilitarization:

1. China will withdraw their warships as the United States simultaneously withdraws all of its troop, as both nations are given 3 months after the signing of all nations.

2. China and conflicting nations must withdraw at least 25% of their troops within 6 months after the signing of all nations.

3. China and conflicting nations must withdraw at least 50% of their troops within 9 months after the signing of all nations.

4. China and conflicting nations must withdraw at least 75% of their troops within 12 months after the signing of all nations.

5. China and conflicting nations must completely withdraw all of their troops within 15 months after the signing of all nations.

Do you agree?

I think that China should be given some time to withdraw ALL of their troops as that is a big step to do

IMHO I highly doubt ANY country would like to disarm against the threat of facing many US-backed countries.
