Eleventh Province Act, 1970
WHEREAS Canada has no presence in the Caribbean
AND WHEREAS Canada has no real sunny getaway to bring in tourist money.
AND WHEREAS many untapped trading partners exist in the Caribbean
AND WHEREAS new resources and products available to ship in to Canada from the Caribbean.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
1. The Government of Canada shall make Turks and Caicos the Eleventh Province of Canada.
2. The ministry of transport shall set up an International Airport on Turks and Caicos will make South America, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas more accessible to Canada.
a. To also create an international harbor to facilitate trade
3. The Ministry of Tourism shall open a sunny winter destination for Canadians who want to fly domesticly
4. The Ministry Defense shall establish a strong military presence on the Island, allowing for the surveillance of communist Cuba
5. Authorizing the Federal Government to enter negotiations with the Governor of the Bahamas and the Turks and Cacaos to ensure a smooth transition of power
