DIRECTIVE 1: Sponsored by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister
A directive to:
1. Enact the War Measures Act henceforth
2. Put forth the Canadian military and all her facilities on the highest readiness, with the power to deploy anywhere in Canada within 3 hours
3. Relocate the members of the House of Commons and Senate to Diefenbunker.
4. Release a Press Release intending to inform the public of the relocation of Parliamentarians to Regina, in order to maintain the safety of Parliamentarians.
DIRECTIVE 2: Sponsored by the Hon. Opposition House Leader and Shadow Minister of Immigration
A directive to:
1. Deploy factions of the reserves of the Canadian Forces to checkpoints that will search vehicles and persons entering and exiting major population centres for weapons, explosives and suspicious persons. These reserves will also be responsible for searching and securing all international and domestic airports and their respective commercial and private airplanes, in the interest of ensuring air travel safety be maintained.
2. Deploy factions of the Canadian Harbour Authority to search all ocean-faring vessels entering and exiting ports and harbours lying within Canadian waters
3. Increase security in and around government buildings on both the Provincial and Federal level
DIRECTIVE 3: Sponsored by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister
A directive to:
1. Move the Families of all Members of Parliament and Senators to the Canadian Forces Base closest in proximity to them. If possible, the directive dictates to move said families out of the country.
DIRECTIVE 4: Sponsored by the Hon. Opposition House Leader and Shadow Minister of Immigration
A directive to:
1. Dispatch air patrols with FLIR from nearby AFBs in PEI and major population centres. Also air patrols will be expanded into Quebec and Ontario for the same reasons as in PEI.
DIRECTIVE 5: Sponsored by the Critic of National Security
A directive to:
1. Use the Critic of National Security as bait in apprehending key members of the FLQ by:
a. Causing an intentional leak of information to the FLQ
b. Setting a trap via feigning to negotiate in order to attract the FLQ
c. Catching and interrogating, via humane and legal means, any captured FLQ members.
2. Ensure that the clause above (Directive 5, Clause 1) be created under the strictest guidelines with the utmost care given to ensure that the information and methods of the clause not be made public.
DIRECTIVE 6: Sponsored by the Hon. Minister of Justice and Attorney General
A directive to:
1. Dispatch five ‘fireteams’ to the relevant areas of PEI to ensure the safe rescue of the Shadow Minister of Defence.
DIRECTIVE 7: Sponsored by the Hon. Opposition Leader and Shadow Minister of Immigration
A directive to:
1. Grant exclusive rights for control over information extraction from captured FLQ members, to be referred to and controlled by the Prime Minister’s Office. Classified Directive.

A directive to:
1. Grant executive power to the Prime Minister to destroy any location or facility suspected of containing FLQ members. Classified Directive.
