There's no need to have a new third party, third parties are just as susceptible to corruption as the FIFA ACB, and it'll just take funding from FIFA that it could use to VASTLY improve the ACB. Also let's make the personal finances of all the high-ranking FIFA Officials public to the ACB and Ethics Committee.

France supports this idea. Promoting a 3rd party organization is a waste of money and effort, and so are whistleblowers. We should focus on improving our current committees.

Some whistleblowing might be acceptable though.

We need a good screening process to hire these whistleblowers though.

The Delegation of Greece believes that multiple allying associations will benefit the Congress better as opposed to a single organization. As we are currently trying to spread the power of decision making from the President of FIFA to the Congress, Greece does not see why different associations giving FIFA feedback to be a bad idea as the feedback of many tend to be more reliable and unbiased compared to the idea of one.

The delegate of Uruguay thinks that Interpol is a great 3rd party to stop or prevent corruption regarding FIFA
