The Russian Federation congratulates the committee on our effort made in solving this issue.

It is now time to decide the solution, and clearly, Resolution 1.0 sponsored by Russia is the best solution.

Just from super facial features, Resolution 1.0 have 21 operatives, while Resolution 1.1 sponsored by Costa Rica have only 5 operative clauses.

Resolution 1.0 addressed every aspect of debate from provision of health care, education, infrastructure, the respect fora nation's sovereignty, and high accessibility, adaptability, and measures implemented to battle corruption.

Resolution 1.1 however, does not address where it will get the immense funding required to accomplish the goals stated in its clauses. It promoted establishment of not cost effective facilities. It did not address the issue of a nation's sovereignty. The measures implemented does not grant accessible health care for the poor, in fact, it is spending millions and billions to further benefit the rich. It does not promote long term solutions such as establishment of infrastructure, and its measures have very low adaptability.

And this is why, Resolution 1.1 must and will fall as its harms clearly outweighs the benefits, and it unjustly benefits the rich while further exploiting the poor.

Ladies and gentlemen, Resolution 1.0 is the solution to provide health care to developing nations. This the only way to save our brother and sisters in suffering.

Just a reminder to delegates that Resolution 1.0 is also sponsored by Brazil, India, The UK, Nepal, Vietnam, and Germany.

Simply because Nepal felt that its views were not completely reflected in the presentation of Resolution 1.0, Nepal will no longer be a sponsor.

Healthcare is a vital part of life. In today's industrialized age where humankind is aspiring to send manned missions to worlds as far away as mars, we feel that immediate priority must be given to issues such as a lack of resources and healthcare in developing nations. Ethiopia calls upon it's developed allies to aid us in our initiatives of reaching out to all the citizens of our nation , as most of them do not have access to basic facilities such as drinking water, proper food, and sanitary places to live. The staggering financial burden of redefining our healthcare system is one of our biggest hurdles. We ask for aid from the United Nations in this regard. To increase our revenue, the proud nation of Ethiopia is selling lands to multinational corporations. To reduce the gap between the poor and wealthy in our nation we have drafted a new structure of income tax. With these steps we hope that enough money will be raised to at the minimum - start the redefining of the Ethiopian healthcare system, and acquire the aid and resources to reach out to the more remote and isolated parts of our country. We feel that this strategy will be successful not only in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , but also in other developing nations in the world afflicted with the same concerns as us.
