China WILL NOT limit their weaponization abilities in space except nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. End of story.
Either write a meaningless resolution paper that China will not follow through with,
OR be serious about giving me a VERY VERY good incentive. This is unlikely, however.

If you want to pass this topic fast, just focus on space junk and exploration, and don't mention ASAT and weapons and we will agree.

I'm not sure if other nations may agree with this but maybe we can turn a blind eye on China's spy sats?
China are you interested to have that as an incentive?

China is one of the three major space capable countries, we need to get China to agree to some degree. It's for world peace no?
